Kadayif

Kadayif, is made from kataifi, finely shredded fillo pastry. The kataifi is twisted and wound tightly. Concealed inside the crunchy outer layer is crushed walnuts or pistachio nuts. The Kadayif is baked until golden and sweetened with syrup.

Ideal for sale in cafes, restaurants, take-away stores and for retail by the kilo. Also suitable for functions and corporate gifts.
